Our services include feasibility studies & design development, concept design, 3D perspectives (sketch & high quality 3D render), documentation for town planning permits, documentation of construction drawings (working drawings) for building permit, thermal performance assessments (energy reports), detailed specification for tender process and any other architectural drafting services (e.g. Internal cabinetry drawings, kitchen design, etc.). We have established a network of external consultants, so should you prefer to simplify the process, we can be your single point of contact, liaising with the required consultants on your behalf. These consultants may include land surveyors, building surveyors, structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, town planners, fire services consultants, disability access consultants, landscape designers and arborists.
